​DESIGNING AND PRINTING 

1. ARIBBS CREATIVES shall proceed with work only upon the receipt of the work order (in writing or via electronic transmission) as per the quotation.

2. Issuing of the work order shall be considered as adherence to terms and conditions.

3.  Only two modifications will be made in terms of design by ARIBBS CREATIVES.

4. Regarding changes in the design only electronic communication is accepted. ARIBBS CREATIVES will not honour any changes over telephone or through verbal communication. 

5. Photographs should be of 300 dpi and maximum size and in CMYK format. ARIBBS CREATIVES shall not be responsible for blurry or unclear photographs.

6. The clients shall be responsible in giving all materials like content, photographs, graphs, logo in print acceptable CMYK formats like TIF. ILLUSTRATOR, PDF, JPEG, EPS, PSD OR CDR FORMAT. 

7. The materials received shall be the property of the client. 

8. ARIBBS CREATIVES shall not do typing of any content. Content should be in MS Word format and tables in Excel format (in excel sheet)  and graphs in powerpoint format. There should no be STRIKETHROUGH  in the content.

9. If ARIBBS CREATIVES does photography or any artwork as a complimentary offer, the copyright of the photographs and the art work shall be with ARIBBS CREATIVES unless mentioned in the quotation.

10. ARIBBS CREATIVES shall not use the artwork/photographs for any other client.

11. The artwork/design/s done by ARIBBS CREATIVES is the sole property of ARIBBS CREATIVES and the client shall consider it as an Intellectual property of ARIBBS CREATIVES. 

12. If any customized  vector graphics  is used, the cost for the same will be included in the quotation.

13. ARIBBS CREATIVES will not give any editable design format to the client for approval and proof reading.

14. ARIBBS CREATIVES will only give a digital print out on demand if printing services are done  through ARIBBS CREATIVES

15. Printing and publication with similar or same design by the client violating the work order shall be considered as an offence.

16. The client shall give us in writing that full product is error free and all proof reading has been done by the competent authority of the client. ARIBBS CREATIVES shall not be responsible for any grammatical, punctuation, spelling, data errors  or any content error after the final product is printed. If client requests any changes after that complete cost has to be borne by the client 

17. Incase of printing order is placed, the client has to sign the following undertaking before placing the order.  

18.  Although proper care is taken care of, but, if there are any waste copy within the ordered copies, ARIBBS CREATIVES shall replace it within 15 days. 

19. Prices quoted in the quotation are on prorated basis. Price may vary according to quantity of pages and copies. 

20. ARIBBS CREATIVES shall imprint their logotype in the design as a part of branding.

21. The client shall give 10 free copies of the final product as ARIBBS CREATIVES portfolio.

22. The client shall hand over the DELIVERY CHALLAN after the receipt of the product.

23. If re-prints have to be done, the previous invoice must be settled in full and final.

24. The re-print cost may be higher than the original quoted price, as there could be increase in raw material, transportation, fuel or other logistical costs.

25. If ARIBBS CREATIVES is doing the printing services, we  will not give the press ready soft copy of the project to client. If client wants the same, 20% of the quotation cost has to be paid and thereafter, no changes and alterations are allowed.

26. For web copy, clause no 16 is applicable.

27. In all mails please state the reference number sent on your email. 

 

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
In case of Designing and Printing

• 20% upon issuing the work order.

• 20% upon approval of the final design.

• 30% before printing

• 30% upon delivery (within 15 days of submitting the invoice)

• The final payment shall be done within the due date mentioned in the invoice or else 8% interest per month will be applicable, if the payment is made after the due date.

Incase of designing

• 25% upon approval of the design

• 75% upon delivery of the final artwork

• The final payment shall be done within the due date mentioned in the invoice or else 8% interest per month will be applicable, if the payment is made after the due date.

• Incase the client violates the work order, full payment as per the quotation has to be paid.

DELIVERY OF WORK
ARIBBS CREATIVES shall deliver the work within 20 days of the work order released only upon receipt of proper payment, content, photographs, graphs, logo in print acceptable formats. However, in certain upon mutual agreement this can be adjusted if anything arises due to unavoidable circumstances like bandhs, strikes, festivals, public holidays, or any natural calamity or act of God.
